Packing line for bags and big bags "COMPACT 2" (hybrid)
The equipment is intended for packing in big bags up to 1000 kg.
The original capture system with a weighing and dosing unit has a wide range of adjustments, which allows you to pack big bags with various sizes and configurations. It is recommended to move weighed products using a forklift, scissor rocker or a stacker.
If necessary, packing in 10-50 kg bags, a mechanical weighing batcher, a reversible discharge conveyor (adjustable in height, width and speed) and a bag stitching unit are additionally connected to the packing line "Compact 2" .
At the request of the client, it is possible to install a centrifugal fan to inflate big bags.
The storage hopper can be made for 5, 7 and 10 m3.
